Does anyone know the name of a syndrome or disease that babies get where the record for someone to live with this has been 2 years and 1 month?

I think your describing "Edward's Syndrome" or trisomy 18 where most infants die at birth and only 5-10% survive the first year of life. According to a web site- one has made it to the teenage years, but very rarely.

it could also be trisomy 13 but i think these children have a slightly better prognosis
