It's naive spelled backwards. Other than that it's just a label with a higher price tag.

Anytime you buy bottled water, if you want to know what it is, read the label and see if it's just bottled "tap" water (which I never buy) or actually "spring" water - which indeed comes from a spring, & it tells you what spring it's from.

Usually spring waters are originated from a pristine place, away from city life and pollution, people, etc. But a company has to go out and get the product, bring it in, store it, bottle it up, pretty up the packaging, and sell it to stores all over the world. That runs into some money. So I guess when you pay $2 - 5 for a small bottle of Evian, ya gotta consider how far away it was born, and all the hard work it took to get it right to your hands!

Evian is DEFINATELY "naive" spelled backwards, but that's just a coincidence! It's expensive because it comes from the French Alps!! And it goes through a tremendous process to be a top-notch product.

A lot of bottled "spring" waters are from springs right here in Texas, out in the sticks. ie. "Sparkletts".

So Evian is a high-priced "spring" water from halfway around the world. Of course, all the other "spring" waters are very good *(IMO) and a lot cheaper, but they aren't from the "French Alps." Have you seen that place?! Unbelievably beautiful & heavenly! Just don't get the bottled "tap" water, from anywhere, unless you're not that particular, cuz it sucks*. You can get that out of any hydrant or faucet, and it's "recycled water" !! yuk. Dig this: you want some Excellent information on Evian?? click this link! This is some good info.......*

Different waters taste different, for a number of reasons. My well water doesn't taste good. Someone I know not far away has well water that tastes really great. But I don't like Evian at all. I worked at a place for a while where we had several different bottled waters to choose from and Evian was the one I didn't like.

Absolutely nothing special about it except you pay a buck for a small bottle. Evian is Naive spelled backward.

Nothing.....I have the luxury of living in a place where tap water tastes just as good as any stuff in a bottle, regardless of whether it is called naive backwards or not. The only good thing about water in a bottle and exchanging cash for it, is the fact it is usually quite cold and therefore quite refreshing.

Nothing, unless you own stock in the company, it comes from the same place all water comes from. It is simply run through a reverse osmosis filter.

It has been proven that bottled water is not better or more nutritious than tap water.
