I can't speak about on line games, but carom tables can be found if you know where to look. In my home town, there are four pool halls. Two of them have one carom table each. I'm going to be competing in a straight pool tournament this weekend at one of these pool halls, and I noticed some of the other literature. This pool hall has a three-cushion league and an upcoming three-cushion tournament. We are actually kind of lucky to have choices like that for a city my size. Snooker, however just hasn't caught on here. I wouldn't say that you could call either carom games or snooker games "popular" in this part of the Midwest. Still, there will always be a loyal following for these other cue sports. M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

yes I was just in Mexico and one pool hall had 11 three rail tables two snooker and two pool tables Europe takes its billiards very seriously as does Asia and Canada also in the states it is less evident for the most part because it is too difficult and hall owners have to give up too much room for a 5x10 that few people even know how to use much less play a lot of I would imagine that it can be found on line but I would also think that it is way to complicated to write a piece of software that one could poll three rail on and how many people would buy that software to make it worthwhile? not many I would think

it seems to be a dying game , in the states anyway , all the three coushion players I know are mainly old timers , it seems all the younger players are going for nine ball ...... I wish more people played , I notice in pool halls people dont rent the billiard tables and they take up so much room that owners opt to dump them and put in pool tables , people rent pool tables and the billiards tables stay empty ........I love the game .......
