my son's assignment is " what are the plants in the philippines that came from spain" or what plants can you find in the philippines which is introduced by spain? cant find it in the web

This is an educted guess that can easily be confirmed by google. The hot chili pepper plants from which we get chili peppers, to heat up our food, came from South and also Central America. The Far East did not have these peppers from the 15'th. century and earlier. (they used ginger and pepper to spice up their food). I am fairly certain that the Spanish introduced these capsicum peppers to the Philipines, and to many other areas in Asia.
If you need more examples contact the agricultural attache at the nearest Spanish consuklate or the embassy and ask them.
