Yes I do. The best thing you can do is get at least 15 minutes of sunlight during the wintry months.

Get full spectrum light bulbs for your lamps and overhead lights, its like extra sunlight.
Drink Milk
Drink OJ
Eat healthy
Get exercise
GET OUTSIDE WHEN THERE IS SUNLIGHT.
SAD is from the lack of light. Go outside during the sunlight. Even if you are in Alaska and only have an hour. Go outside.
Try to shed some layers so that the sun can reach your skin to produce the vitamins and stuff that you need to stay level.
Good luck! I've gone through this, it's not fun.

light boxes are said to be very good. however ifyou live somewhere [like the uk] where winter is dark then you could try going away for winter. i was very bad last year with what i think is S.A.D so this year i will go to oz & nz to get away from things - i know it's not a good solution for everyone, but it's something to think about.
talk to your doctor - they should be able to give you some advice or google it

Get a light box, go outside for at least an hour a day to get the sun light, even the winter sun is good for you. Use St Johns wort but talk to the pharmacist first as it can interfere with some meds, such as the pill.

The only thing I've heard of is a light-box. You read by it for a few hours a day and it helps you absorb the missing UV rays.
An easier solution (if you're not against it) is to use tanning salons. A couple of sessions a week should sort you out, and you'll get a nice tan for xmas too!

Take vitamins C & D.
Get out into natural daylight as much as possible.
Reguklate your sleeping hours by going to bed and getting up the same times each day as much as possible.
Invest in a lightbox. Mine cost £115 including delivery from Brightsparks, Northern Ireland. It's the DBs.

Yep, I suffer from this but through the Disability system in Britain I got disability allowance to send me to Australia during the British winter. It helps me a lot, especially to know that the government has to pay this because of my disability. 3 months every year in Oz for free!!!!!
