these a guy i really like but he says his type in tall, long legs, althele body, and blond, i am tall, curvylicios!!!! and brunette would any guys date someone who isnt want they want phsically??? this guy and i have been talking for almost 3 years now and i hope he likes me, he always listens to my problems like last night i said that i dont trust men because the night before a guy was really violent and it brought back memories from my dad, this guy i like said not all men are like this and i have to look at the future and not the past. he asked me if i trusted him as a guy, does this mean he was worried i didnt trust him or he does he just want to have a hold over me. honest answer that might actually help me!!!! do i stick with this guy because there might be something there or does he not really care??? -x-

Friendship is first step towards Love. It is pretty clear that your feelings for him have developed during these 3 years. That is a long time. If you are still attracted towards him, it means you have probably passed the phase of 'infatuation' and started to love him.
Also, he has a soft corner for you. So he definitely cares about you. Don't be disappointed if you feel that you don't fit in 'his type of girl'. You can still get close to him.
However, you must not keep yourself in this dilemma for a long time. It is time to find out what he really thinks about you. Or you might just wanna remain friends.
I think you should move on if he doesn't love you in that way.
My advice to you is - look straight in his eyes for a moment. a quick glance at his lips and back to his eyes. who knows, he might show some sign of love. :)

Take your time and try not to be too judgemental or get too involved. Give the guy a chance . There really are a few decent men out there sometimes it's just hard to tell who is and who isn't. Time is the determining factor. At the first sign of trouble however, I suggest you get the heck ouy of there. I don't mean just any kind of trouble everyone has ups and downs. I mean violence or emotional abuse. Been there done that not a happy place to be.
