Jealousy is about self esteem and self confidence. You compare yourself to other women and you find yourself coming up short. The only way to get over jealousy, which by the way is a relationship killer, is to feel better about yourself.
Find out why you feel inadequate, or simply feel you aren't as good as they are. There are always going to be women who are more attractive than you are, I don't think there is a woman alive who believes that she is the most beautiful woman in the world, but he choose you. Unless you think he choose you because he's simply waiting for something better to come along, then start with that fact. He choose you. There is something about you that he's attracted to, that he connects to. Those other women don't have it. Think about what you do for him, are you his best friend? Are you nurturing, supportive and caring in a way no one else can be for him? Do you turn him on like no other woman has? Can he talk to you about anything and everything, including his deepest secrets? Start with the things you bring to the table, the things you do or have that ground him. Give yourself credit for those things.
And btw, if you don't believe you bring anything to the relationship and you believe you are there just as eye candy or just for sex, then get out of that relationship, its unhealthy.
Confidence and self esteem grown in a woman as you get older, when you realize that you have something unique to offer, that no other woman will ever have, simply you. Jealousy will fade when there isn't a reason for it.

Well, Any woman would be upset if her man was looking at another woman in front of her face. You don't need to be with this guy if he looks at other woman right in front of you. That would solve your problem very quickly. Now if you just have a feeling he's looking at another woman then I suggest you get over the jealousy because sometimes woman can make a mountain out of a molehill.

Well speaking from experience, you better learn to get over it. Now that I am older. Its like this. deal , he's not dead he is only looking at a pretty lady. If he tries to take her home with you guys
then get worried, Its human nature to look at pretty things, women, men. etc. If you see him looking just say she is pretty. Or sometimes, point out a pretty lady and say she is sure pretty huh? Jealousy at first is flattering, then it gets so very old fast. Get a grip on this or he's gonna go.

You are jealous of people when they have something you don't have (or think you don't have). You are thus insecure and need to work on your self esteem. Start doing things that make you feel good about yourself. You will see, in no time you will barely notice other girls, or you will even try to befriend them instead of hate them. Good luck!
