First off that thought process will kill you. Calm down and start telling yourself wow this is a lot but I am going to do it. I can do it. Then look at what you have to do decide whether or not you can cut back on something or completely removes something from your list entirely. Now take the list and rearrange it so the most important thing is the first thing you have to do. Find time through out the day to sit down and relax for a second, maybe some deep breathing, even enjoying a snack you haven't had in a long time so you don't feel so deprived. Now take your list and tackle all of the items on it one at a time making sure that in between you are getting enough rest and eating more healthy since it reduces stress ( blueberries, whole grains, fish) they are better for you so you may also not feel so much pressure to work out ( but I wouldn't take it off completely bcus it will help you release endorphines and make you feel better). Once you get through it veg out like no other because you deserve it ( it might be nice to have the light at the end of the tunnel.

One thing you can do is to sit down and write out your schedule so you can figure out a priorities list. This will help you get organized so that you don't waste time on things that aren't as important timeline-wise. So if your homework is due 2 weeks from now, but your midterm is tomorrow, obviously, blow off homework for now.

Don't underestimate exercise. It will help you reduce the stress you are feeling. If you can't do a full workout, take a quick walk. A walk will also clear your head and get you more focused. Equally, don't underestimate sleep. Without it, you will feel physically worn, and mentally drained and unfocused.

Try to eat well. Eating crap will make you feel like crap. Have caffeine at strategic times... not all the time because the effects will wear off faster when your tolerance grows.

Anything that has nothing to do with all you have should be tossed aside. Partying, friends, movies, whatever. Once you get through this, you can resume. If people don't understand why you are blowing them off, don't worry about it -- tell them to screw off. Do what's important to you.

Finally, once you have a priorities list, find other people in the same boat to help study or do homework. Study groups and homework groups help you learn more during these times because everyone's focused and helping each other. Having said that, stay away from people who are poaching off of you instead of contributing. It should be a communal effort.

Finally, take a deep breath and a short break to chill before climbing the hill. Good luck.

Stop thinking about everything that you have to do. Figure out what you have to do in a day and then just concentrate on that day. What you may want to try is to "multi task". For example can you study while you are working? As far as exercise try walking as much as you can instead of driving or try taking the stairs instead of the elevator. You could also record your classes and listen to them while you are exercising. Finally look at how you are spending your time. Make a time budget. You may find out that you spend hours in front of the TV and computer in non essential functions.
Other then that just do your best. You will find that school will only get you a foot in the door but your skills promote you.

Ok first off take a chill pill ;-)

Seriously, you need to realise that you can do it, if you put your mind to it. I've been in similar situations and melted with the stress myself, but I've learnt a few important lessons:

1) Say no
You've got to start saying no to absolutely any other piece of work or distraction from your targets for the next four weeks. People will understand and respect you more for it in the long run.

2) Manage time
Easy to say but hard to do, again this is kind of like "saying no". Set yourself to accomplishing something at a given topic, say like finishing the first draft of one of your research reports, and then take a break before attempting something else

3) Take care
Take care of yourself. Get up early, go to sleep early. A late night here and there won't kill you but if you keep stressing yourself out you're going to tire out your body which'll end up in you catching a cold or something that would similarly finish off your chances of completing ANYTHING this month!!

Try your best to save some time for yourself. Do something that will make it seem like you have an incredible amount of free time. Sometimes I'll lay around on the couch or bed for an hour or two doing nothing. The time goes by so slowly that I'm eager to get back to work. Hope that helps. Good luck.

I will tell you the same thing. I tell my best friend who's in the same situtation your are in take one task at a time. Your are overwhelming yoursel with too much too. For the reports for work ask someone to help you and overview the work. Set time aside to yourself to free your mind. Mediation works.

What my friend does is puts her notes on a treadmill while she's walking and says the stuff out load to herself and she's done great with that.

It looks like your taking on so much your brain and body are ready to shut down. You need to slow down and pace yourself.

well, I would suggest getting off yahoo answers and STARTING your work...sorry if that sounds harsh but its true...your work load SEEMS worse than it is and once you've started it will seem more manageable. just remember many, many people have gotten through such times before. just one step at a time. stressing and worrying is like rocking on a rocking chair - it wastes time and you don't get anywhere.

go to a day spa and get a massage and facial. it is so relaxing. they dim the lights and play soft music and a facial only takes around 45 minutes. then you will feel refreshed and energized.

(or pop an adderal/ritalin)
