It depends on what you are reffering to as strict rules. Mosat of what you have referenced would be called legalism or the belief that you have to perform certain ritualistic actions in order to gain favor from god. Catholicism and many other false christian doctrines have similar belief structures although not as violent as islam. Christinaity in its purest form is a personal relatioship with Jesus Christ as your lord and savior. Salvation is a gift given for the belief in the saving grace of Jesus Christ there is nothing a man can do beyond that, no actions or good deeds that can make him worth before god to enter the kingdom of heaven. That being said Christianity cannot exist within legalism so there would be no christian church that would meet this description. although im sure there are hundreds of churches meeting this description that call themselves christian.

those that do not use machinery come to mond but I am not sure on the alcohal rule there. The Bible says we are to come out from among them so being separate like the Amish does not disqualify them. First Baptists have the rules, and preach any time you spend on these foolish pursuits would be better spent in prayer.

maybe the Amish...
did you know all the rules of Islam, you can find in the bible?... I wonder who in modern times decided that they dont need to follow all the rules of the bible, but they can opt to "pick and choose" which one of Gods laws that best suits their needs at a given moment..
thats one difference between a practicing muslim and christian.. muslims take their religious rules much more seriously.. .. for one example.. loads of christians drink alcohol.. they booze it up, go to bars, etc.. but will show up as good Christians on Sunday, every Sunday.. Muslims know alcohol is wrong and dont even sell it in their stores...

each Religious Belief System has a " Code of Conduct " for proper behavior regarding what their particular Religion requires. if one does not adhere to the particular " Code " the offender may be found deviant in their behavior and punished according to the agreed upon Code. however, personally unaware of any one Religious Belief System of being as strict as Islam.

In India I think followers of the Pentecostal movement are very orthodox. they dont wear any jewelry and I've never seen them wear bright colors either. I think they probably shun those to think of God all the time
