Yep, my sister did at an amusement park when she was 12. she got crabs.

Rumor has it you can. You can't get blood born pathogens from sitting on a toilet seat unless you hve and open skin and semen or blood is there.

there are a very FEW rare cases, but most likely no you cant. In the few cases it has happened it has been from open skin sores. But still it is very unlikely to happen. (Crabs is not a diease)
