I go to JJB. I pay £34.50 per month for unlimited use. If you only want to use it between 8.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and all day on weekends it costs £24.50 or £19.95 if you are a tudent or are over 60. This includes six to eight weekly reviews with gym instructors to help you achieve your goals, all fitness classes and access to the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Plus at the gym I go to they only let kids into the pool for 3 hours per day. Some gyms let them in all day which can be really annoying. I have lost over 4 stone going to the gym and have gone from a size 22 to a size 14. I have kept this weight off for 3 years. Give it a go. It's great fun.
