I suppose you mean sexual peak. well it is different from person to person, not only among women. Among married couple who peak at different level, it can be very trying time!! If the frequency drops from 5 to 3 to 1 to 0 , check her age, because she is beginning to leave you high, dry and frustrated - she has peaked.
