Any dog could run 10 acres. If you want a dog that will be active in there get a Siberian. You better have it fenced though because they will run and not come back.

Any of the farm breeds such as cattle dogs and collies.
I have 2 border collies on 20 acres and they love it!

NONE! As Gitem said, loose dogs die. They get hit by cars, chase the neighbors stock and get shot, and get into all knds of things.
No dog can be trusted to roam around yet stay on your property, ESPECIALLY not a Sighthound as someone suggested, you would likely never see it again.
Put your dog in a kennel or on a tether, it is what responsible owners DO!

ANy but I would be careful with pyrs and newfs they tend to keep wandering. Pyrs are exceptionally bad and wandering they need boundaries around the 10 acres.
