I have had the upset stomach since Thanksgiving. It has got worse and I have gotten a fever since Saturday night that peaked at 101.4 that night. My stomach hurts pretty bad, I am having a headache and my head hurts to the touch. I am aching all over and get cold chills. I have no stuffy nose, sore throat..none of that. Does this sound like the FLU to anyone? I think I need to go to the doctor today.

You can't have HIV unless you have somehow come into contact with an infected person's bodily fluids and that has to get into your bloodstream. YOu have the classic symptoms of either a bad cold or the flu. Go to the doctor and he/she will tell you the same thing. You will be fine. Don't worry. I used to be a hypochondriac myself. I still have to work on not worrying when I get sick or hurt. It's hard, but you have to keep thinking if it is a realistic fear or not. Keep on truckin through life. If you keep up with never doing the drugs or having sex till you are married, you will have no cause for this phobia. You probably don't have the bird flu or the west nile virus either. If this begins to worry you, go get tested.

Your really need to go the dr could be a variety of things.. from flu, to stomach flu, food posioning.. or something you ate you might have been allergic too.

It does not sound like influenza, but it does sound like you have a rotten virus. You should go to the doctor to make sure it is nothing that can be treated.
