I'm not sure what the question is. What the heck is a gouk? Did you mean "****"? This is a derrogatory term used during the Korean war to describe oriental enemies. It was applied to both North Koreans and Chinese. It is not used so much any more the same as the term Jap to describe a person from Japan. Having said that, I have no idea what day of the year we associate "hunt the gouk".
