NO, NO, NO, you can't get a postive test from passive inhalation of cannabis smoke from others, If you fail a drug test, then you took the drug. The tests are set so that the cut of level for a test to be positive is higher than anyone could possible get from passive smoking. To prove it they put a guy in a car with closed windows, had some 40 cannabis joints being smoked by machines in the car, after two hours he still hadn't absorbed enough to give a positive test with a cut off level less than half the cut off level normally used. Cannabis can be detected for up to several weks after your last joint, depending on your usage, and how fat you are as the active igredient is fat soluble and is stored in fatty tissues in the body and only slowly released. Drinking lots of water will only dilute the urine, and a very dilute urine is usually classed as adulterated, and classed as a positive result. If you go for a test, and it is Postiive the story of passive smoking will not be believed, even if you went to court, if you produce a very dilute urine it will be assumed you drank loads of water because you had something to hide, therefore it would be classed as positive.

No, passive cannabis smoking will DEFINITELY NOT show up on a urine test. the test has "thresholds" to acount for this. To fail, you have to be above the threshold, -to avoid false positives.
But I think maybe you are not telling the full story here. If you have smoked within 6 weeks, chances are you will fail the test.

No. If you are at all worried, drink a little extra water before the test. Not too much or they will know. Just an extra glass or two. Also, make sure it's not the first time you go in the morning. I know you will pass if you are being truthful? However, regular users can expect to fail even up to 30 days after quitting.

I have smoked weed in the military (good weed from Amsterdam too), and have passed drug tests 4 days later. You have nothing to worry about, even the test administrators I talked to pointed out that it's impossible to fail a drug test from passive smoke. The THC in your system just won't pass the threshold needed for you to fail.

Try the sure gel and vinegar cure(ask one of your stoner buddies what it is) Next time don't sit so close, open a window, get some new friends, walk away and DO SOMETHING ELSE! Or any combination of the above. Gotta be something better to do with your time other than "watch" others get stoned.

The more confined the space the higher the chance of it being in your system. Cannabis normally stays in the system for 4-6 weeks.

marijuana can stay in your system for up to 6 months you could pass next week but fail 3 months later. strange drug that one

I would say it's quite possible. I was in a shed with some guys who were smoking pot, and i wasn't, but i ended up getting a bit high anyway, because i was breathing in their exhalations.

It depends, how confined was the space you were in? If it was a single room or a car and you got 3rd party stoned then its possible.
