No. No real man beats up his wife. He is a bully and a manipulator, as well as a liar.

He can "apologize" all he wants, but if beats her again, the apology is meaningless

What?? Beats her up and apologises!! You call this love. Sorry mate you have the wrong idea of love. This is called bullying and being in control. How long until the next time he beats her up?? Will he apologise again and again and again. Hope they have good medical insurance, cause she will need it with all the hospital visits. What a destructive relationship.

NO. I know from experience that a man who beats his wife is never fully sorry. We were all born with the common sense to know what the outcome of our actions coud be, but some people still havent learned how to use it. DO NOT allow a man to hit you and let him think he's gotten away with it. Regardless if he's sorry or not, something like that should never happen.

Yes - most men who beat their wives to truely believe that they still love their wives - and many of them also believe they won't do it again, even if they have done it many times already. That is part of the reason why it is so hard for women to get out of relationships like that. Many women believe that as long as he loves her there is still a chance he might change.

No matter how much he loves you - change takes time and professional help - she needs to leave and find a safe place for herself. Love will not save her life when he loses his temper for the last time.

If he truly loves her and his apology is sincere, he has checked himself into a clinic and is getting help. If he beats her a second time he is nothing but a brute and deserves to be treated as such. The wife needs to get herself one of those cast iron skillets, and send the poor dear to bed, the second he starts snoring, let fly. She can apologize to him, if he wakes up.

Hells no! That man has issues and the wife needs to get away from her deranged husband. NO man who truly loved his wife would beat her up. The husband needs to get the sh*t beat out of him so he can see how it feels!!

loves to beat her up loves to terrorise the family every day(just by being there) also loves feeling like a real big man, while making her feel small & worthless Sounds just like my son in-law he tried to murder my daughter last week in front of there 2 children, he really LOVES them too, when he 's in a good mood. The police are still looking for him.He really loves his bike and cars too but I have never seen him hurt them, ever, funny isn't it? Must be a different kind of love he has for the vehicles Must be the price he has to pay for his actions (insurance) i think,as my daughter gets treatment for free in hospital No price to pay there. He's free to do it again I cant believe these girls think they cant do better I guess one to many apologies hey?

Any man who hits a woman is not a man at all but a cowardly ***. Violence has no place in a loving relationship and shame on you or any other man who thinks its ok to hit a woman. And from my experiences, domestic abuse is NEVER a one time thing. it WILL happen again, and any amount of apologizing is just further insult to the woman.

I would say he doesn't know the concept of love to begin with and he has very little self esteem. A good question would be to the man if a bully beat you up and said they were sorry would that make it all better?

Depends what mistake you did if he hit you without reason or may be he was venting his anger of someone on you firstly he should not repeat this let hiim know that whatever mistake you do he has a right to scold you and explain you in verbal manner but if he gets physical next time you need to seriously consider of letting the authorities and ur parents know about the violence subjected on you. rest they will take care but plz do take care of yourself dont neglect or try to forgive may be next time he hit you so hard ( god forbids ) you mAY LOOSE UR LIFE ARE ANY VITAL PART OF YOUR BODY GETS DAMAGED

He may think he truly loves her and she may believe it, but they both have a lot to learn about love, and the apology isn't going to stop him from beating her again.
