It is well established that Muhammad married Aisha when she was nine. Actually, the marriage was contracted when she was six, but Muhammad came and picked her up to live with him as his wife when she was nine.
This was common back then. In fact, it was another woman who suggested he take Aisha as his wife.
Later, he did have a concubine named Mariam from Egypt, a Christian, but I don't know if there are any historical records about her age.

For a long time, it was tradition in the Middle East, parts of Europe, Africa and Asia that younger men/boys would have an older male mentor. The mentor expected sexual favours from the younger man/boy until he was old enough to marry. This might be part of where the idea of Muhammad being a child molester came from. Similarily, why do you think Jesus had twelve men follow him everwhere? He was there mentor. There is a passage in the Bible where one of the disciples gets down on his knees to wash Jesus' feet. Guaranteed he did a whole more while he was down there than washing feet.
All those guys died hundreds of years ago. Let it rest and think for yourself.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) married Hazrat Ayeshah when she was six or 7 years old. I believe this is where the confusion comes in. However, during that time among Arabs, children were engaged between 3 and 6 years.
Though married to the Prophet (PBUH), between 6 and 7, Ayeshah remained with her family until she reached maturity.

There is a tale circulating that Muhammad married a girl that was either 9 or 12 and consumated the marriage with her at that age. I do not know the origin of that tale but its existance is why people are making those claims. I do not know if there is any truth in the tale...I only say that at the time and place it was supposed to have occured there was no objection to the event and it is no up to those of us who were not there to say otherwise...nor is it suitable for someone that is not of the Islamic religion to condemn the actons of someone that is...

Oh, people are just saying that because he took child brides he was a child molester. Of course, it was normal then for people (Christians too) to take child brides, so people who claim this is molestation are just being ignorant.

[47:2] Those who disbelieve and hinder men from the way of God - He renders their works vain.
The Prophet Muhammad:
His place of stay is the best of all places and his origin the noblest of all origins in the mines of honour and the cradles of safety. Hearts of virtuous persons have been inclined towards him and the reins of eyes have been turned towards him. Through him God buried mutual rancour and put off the flames of revolt. Through him He gave them affection like brothers and separated those who were together (through unbelief). Through him He gave honour to the low and degraded honour (of unbelief). His speaking is clear and his silence is (indicative) like tongue.
