My understanding, looking at the original Greek language of the verses, would be they will not go to heaven. And you are correct that there are many thing listed that can if a person practices them will keep them out. Every church I know preachs against and warns people about all of them.
At this time in out culture homosexuality is the "hot" issue. There are many groups fights to get the act moved from the "sin" list to the "accepted" list. So it tends to get more publicity then the other issues. (Do not know if anyone trying to get drunkeness or gossip, etc. socially accepted). But those things are still being taught against, and will keep you out of heaven also.

Ronny, if some fella came to your door with a very old book and told you it was the word of his God that you may do this and you may not do that, would you be as quick to believe? Gossip? I'm sure God had other things on his mind at the time other than people gossiping. Beware these people who claim to be the instruments of God and that you should fear him and so on. My God isn't one of fear, my God is one of love and compassion and humanity. Churches through history have ruined many a life by using fear and translating the bibles teachings in a wrong and profitable (for them) way. Have you tried reading the bible yourself? Without the need for a middleman.

Either you inherent and get there or you don't. You can't be a sinner and if you are you better ask for forgiveness and TRY to stop repeated what you know is is wrong.
