Yes, it is a great contributor. Most meat contains the chemicals from the vaccines used on the animals. Vaccinations are known to cause cancer, and should therefore be avoided at all costs.
Additionally, the general lack of nutrition in modern food, as a result of chemical preservatives and colorings, and the pesticides used on human and animal foods, is a main contributor.
Most of the 100 available alternative cures for cancer involve eating wholesome, non-contaminated food, in order to allow the immune system to get to full strength and do its work.

Cancer is predisposition ed! - Your changes of getting cancer is greatly increased if the DNA is in YOUR family! - Eating anything, food wise, will Not give you Cancer. The chemicals in the food, are affecting your "growth hormones" - that is why we have been seeing 10 year old girls with 34C breasts! Young men, 9.10.and ll becoming sexually active... what makes the cow,chicken,pig grown "faster" also makes children "grow faster" and society has been trying to have the governments of both our countries, to stop this practise. Also, the chemicals used to grown fruits and vegetables have killed citizens when consumed, due to unseen viruses "inside" the vegetable from contaminated water. As far as I know, there is NO LINK between eating and contracting cancer.

Possibly - caused by the chemicals that are fed to animals before slaughter. There again it could be caused by pesticides on vegetables that are used too often now. Or even from the additives used to prolong food life. I also dont think the plastic used in packaging helps - neither microwaving food - maybe its a combination of everything that amounts to unhealthy eating - the problem is how do we avoid it without starving ??? xxxx

I think the answer is yes. I am a vegetarian. octo-lavo so I eat dairy. I do not, however drink cow's milk. I stay clear of meat because of all the pesticides on the food the cows at and then the steroids and millions of other drugs they give them. it all comes to you in the end. I hear you can buy organic cage fed chickens and stuff. maybe you should try that if you really "need meat". I do not see why we need it. at least more than once a week or so if you want to argue that we do at all. Our ancestors didn't have meat everyday. How often do you think it was the cavemen caught meat? Definately not everyday. they wer mainly gatherers as opposed to hunters. anyway...bla. I will not get started. on top of it a gorilla is a fruititarian and can lift about 4000 lbs. what is in their body than can process the protein from fruit than mine cannot? I do not think anything in science can prove anything against that.

Women who have had breast cancer are being told to limit the red meat, beef that they eat to no more then twice a week. The meat is good for you. Good protein & a good source of many vitimins which keep you healthy. It is the hormones they are pumping in to cattle that are the problem. These hormones can promote the growth of new tumors. Knowing that would you not think in their great wisdom they would remove the hormones. Seem to make common sence to me but seems money talks louder then I can.

Yes it is known that red meat causes tumors, and processed food is just as bad, my sister who had bowel cancer was told by a lady that had beaten cancer three times to stay away from red meat, she did not of cause and she is very sad to say no longer with us.

Meat consumption can increase the likelihood of cancer in several ways. I still advise including meat in your diet, but I usually avoid red meat.

I don't think the chemicals in meat (in the U.S.) are a large worry. Preserved meats may be, though... ham, bacon, pepperoni, hot dogs, salami... yeah don't eat that. I don't know what it does but it isn't worth finding out. You can't help it sometimes but try to mostly eat fresh whole foods.

Yes I believe so. We eat too much its dowsed in all sorts of unnecessary crap. I could rant for hours on the subject. Look at some of the alternative treatment for cancers to get an idea of why.
A guy in America strongly believes that if it moves we should eat very little of it and if it grows we should eat lots of it but don't cook it!

Anything you eat should be organic.

Best of luck

When you look at studies, practically everything we eat, breathe wear or touch causes cancer, you stand just as much chance of getting cancer from your veggies, so stay relaxed and just do it anyway. We all gonna die in the end!....;

Animals being out in the wild and elements pick up cancer causing carcinogens and also the hormones injected to them are not good for our health.
