Well, coffee isn't really a substitue for milk (even milky coffee), so if you're expecing any health benefits, you'll be sorely dissapointed.

However, no harm can come of drinking two cups of coffee a day.

The effects of coffee drinking are long-lasting and exaggerate the stress response both in terms of the body’s physiological response in blood pressure elevations and stress hormone levels, but it also magnifies a person’s perception of stress

The combination of stress and caffeine has a multiplying, or synergistically negative effect

Caffeine is considered a psychoactive drug since it stimulates the central nervous system and alters mood and behavior.

The unnatural stimulation or high is usually followed by a depression or low. Unfortunately, caffeine has a variety of adverse physiological effects.

Adverse effects include insomnia and disruption of sleep patterns; tremors, nervousness, restlessness, and irritability; headaches; elevation of blood fatty acid levels; elevation of blood pressure and/or serum cholesterol levels; irregular heartbeats and palpitations, and increased risk of cardiac arrhythmia and heart attack; increased gastric acid production & aggravation of peptic ulcers; increased heartburn; increased symptoms of PMS; increased risk of bladder and rectal cancer; higher risk of the birth of a low-birth-weight child; and increased urinary calcium losses.

In addition, the use of coffee and tea reduces the non-heme iron absorption of a meal by 40 to 60%, thereby increasing the risk of anemia.

While caffeine improves performance of simple tasks that require attention it actually worsens performance that involves short-term memory. Caffeine causes a worsening of fine motor coordination due to an increase in hand and arm tremors.

So, please stick to your good habit of Milk, Bournvita and may try some Chocolate Horlicks

I guess two cups a day is okay. At your age, your body could probably handle the caffeine. May I suggest though that you try decaf. Almost the same taste as regular coffee, but less effect on the nervous system.

As long as you don't drink excessively, it is fine. In fact, there may be some benefits for your health!

From source:

The latest research has not only confirmed that moderate coffee consumption doesn't cause harm, it's also uncovered possible benefits. Studies show that the risk for type 2 diabetes is lower among regular coffee drinkers than among those who don't drink it. Also, coffee may reduce the risk of developing gallstones, discourage the development of colon cancer, improve cognitive function, reduce the risk of liver damage in people at high risk for liver disease, and reduce the risk of Parkinson's disease. Coffee has also been shown to improve endurance performance in long-duration physical activities.

However, excessive drinking can lead to health issues such as breast health, cancer, and osteoporosis in women, so do make sure that you don't drink too much coffee.

Yes it is okay but since coffee is a stimulating beverage that increses the heart beat so do not take coffee when you are going to bed. Keep at least four hours gap between your coffee and going to bed.
