Suck on some ginger pieces. You can get them in a health food shop. Or get the doctor to prescibe you something.

Yes, ginger certainly helps - in fact, it's been proven to be the most effective way.

If you can get it, preserved fruit (especially prunes, figs and orange peel) help curb nausea too (these are common in Chinese stores) - when I say preserved, I mean the REALLY preserved Asian kind that taste gawd-awful salty or intense. They really work, but they're not the healthiest thing to ingest so they're good only as temporary help.

I've heard that pinching your upper lip (in the same direction you would pinch your nose) helps, but I don't know if it works.

Peppermint candies can help to alleviate nausea. Also, always try to keep a little food in your stomach by eating small portions often.

Apart from ginger betel leaf if chewed bit by bit would give give a good relief.

Alka selzer, ginger ale, lemon-lime soda are what works for me.

ginger ale,sprite,7-up or anything carbonated will help
ginger
eating crackers or bread (this will help absorb anything in your stomach that might be upsetting it)
