water and fibre will make you gain weight in the beginning, especially if your body is unused to fibre ...
keep persisting for a while longer.
Water can also make your body gain weight until it is used to being hydrated, when you will start to lose weight in fluid ..

Wishing you luck!!!!

No the fruit is fabulous for you ... especially if it is organic.

Fruit has a lot of natural sugar in it. A lady I work with was pregnant and her doctor told her that she had to stop eating so much fruit or the baby was going to be HUGE. The vegtables are good but you can gain weight eating anything if you eat enough of it.

I am a weight watcher person too, maybe I can tell you from experince that you have gone OTT on your fruit. Remember fruit contains sugar and maybe your intake with the whole food too. Try and weigh your portion size with the wholegrain food. You must drink 2ltrs of water a day.

Yes, I think that is too much fruit to have. Fruit contains a lot of sugar and although it's much better to eat the fruit instead of chocolate or lollies, it can be quite fattening if you eat too much.

ok...what whole foods???? whole candy bars? whole pizzas??
lol
you left out quite a bit of information.
doesn't sound like a healthy diet anyways.
10 pieces is way to many, 2-4 is plenty! ......try going lighter on the carbs (obviously not w/ out them)..like south beach diet, you'll definately lose weight

don't know... keep it up though

fruit is heavy on sugar... i suggest only the healthier fruits. blueberries/blackberries are particularly good.

vegetables should make up more of your diet. leafy greens are important. don't eat the starchy stuff.

are you getting plently of protein?

are you getting extreme cardio occasionally and burning some carbs every day?

your body just stored more water i guess do not worry, just keep on doing this than you will rapidly start losing weight. by the way do not forget to exercise, it helps your body fat turn to muscle which is always better.
