Its never really over, until you decide it is. Remember why you guys broke up and dont only think about the good stuff. It wasnt working thats why you broke up. I still feel the same way about my ex girlfriend, and if i wanted to, i know i could walk back into her life any time, even if she is with another guy, even if its 5 or 10 years from now, but we broke up because it wasnt working even though i do still love her, i couldnt be with her, way too many problems and issues. So its OK to still love your ex but maybe love as a friend or as a memory is better than the pain of reality with some people in life. Its not always meant to work out, you will find someone you work with better and youll get the love too.

Talk about it with him. You should be communicating openly and honestly about your feelings as well as allowing him to do the same. Only then will you truly know where things really stand. Make your decisions after you have the associated data.

when you stop thinking he'll call and stop wishing you had the courage to call him. If he never says anything thru any mutual friends. If he never drunk dials you because he doesn't want to deal with the drama that comes with it.

your screen name said it all. i have never been one to continue a relationship after a break up. i don't allow the person to change their mind. when you have an answer-let me know. After the "i don't like you anymore"-it is usually over.
