No, you need to eat quite a bit to put on weight.

In fact 8000 calories = 1kg of Fat

most if not all of that would be just used up in your daily living needs (2000 - 3000 cal) and that meal would have = less than 400 calories or 50 grams of fat if it was all converted to fat which meals never are.

you will actually probably have lost weight.

My goodness, girl. You're obsessed with your weight! Your meal hardly sounded like a meal at all and it's pretty frugal, not to mention the way you've counted the exact amounts of food. If you're overweight (as defined by a nutritionist/doctor, NOT your own definition), I can understand your need to go on a diet, but this is still quite little. Aim to lose about 1 pound per week the healthy way, ONLY if you really do need to lose weight for health reasons. If you're already thin, work on your self-esteem rather than your weight.

Assuming you've almost reached your full adult height, this is too little. If you exercise regularly and eat healthy proportions, getting fat won't be a worry.

What's lacking in this meal is fibre, which you can get from vegetables (eggplant doesn't contain much fibre) and complex carbohydrates. Don't simply avoid carbohydrates - take those that are good for you, like brown rice, oat, bran, etc. Take a greater variety of foods so you can ingest the essential vitamins and nutrients. Please see a nutritionist for wholesome advice on your diet.

For exercise, try a cardio exercise that burns more intensely - unless it's brisk, just walking and standing doesn't get your heart to work very hard nor your body to burn much fat. Do 20 to 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week, along with some weight-bearing exercises to build muscles - muscles mean you burn fat faster, and moderately building doesn't add bulk, it tones you up.

Doubtful. Depends on the size of your fish and chicken cubes really. I mean a 1cm cube of each isn't going to be many calories, but a 1m cube of each would be a lot of calories...

What a wierd question - are you intending to ask about each of your meals?

The diet you describe reminds me of anorexia nervosa.

Surely you jest.
