Ireland is an English-speaking country, although Gaelic is also spoken but only by a minority. When you say England I suppose you mean Great Britain right? If not, I shoudl add Wales and Scotland, which have their own languages too, but most are native English speakers.
Apart from that, English is also official in Malta, although people there are not native speakers (they speak Maltese) but they're all bilingual.
English is spoken almost everywhere in Europe, but has no official status in the other countries, it's considered a foreign language.

The Republic of Ireland or Malta are the only ones I know - although there is a Maltese language the other official language is English - and then there's gaelic which I believe is still spoken in some parts of Ireland

Gibraltar is English territory so it doesn't count as a country. The people speak both English and Spanish. Apart from that, there isn't one.
