If you met recently, it is just a way to ask you to sleep with him without asking for it directly.
If you know each other pretty well, the guy is probably nervouse. He likes you and this is his way to see if you are also interested in him BEYOND his personality.

It's an insult. If he was really interested in you he would not ask you for sex. He would be patient and let it time come naturally. He just wants sex and when he gets some he's going to leave you, trust!

she probably finds you cute (of course) that's why he wants to sleep with you, but did he say he loves you? is he your bf? well if not you got to take some time to think about things.
first and foremost even if he is your bf, if he really respect you and love you, he wouldn't invite you to commit a premarital sex...
second, offering sex doesn't mean he loves you, he can have sex with any girl he wants (with or without a cost).
