I agree Laurent Perrier is definitely the best rose champagne to buy.

Laurent Perrier Rose, I think that this is a very elegant and fun wine.
Also, if it is a price issue, Veuve Clicquot Rose is sort of like having a bunch of young royals at a hot-tub party!

I'd second the vote for Laurent Perrier Rosé. Either that or Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque Rosé but I think that might costs a little more than your price range.
Enjoy!

In that price range you could easily afford a rose from Nicolas Feuillate as well.

COFFRET LIBERTINES rosé 1999 et CHANDELIER - 0.750 cl
Without a doubt the best you can buy for that kind of price. But it must be served chilled!!!, not iced or warm.
Should be available from most good wine stores, but I doubt you will find it in a supermarket. Good luck

,Billecart-Salmon "Cuvee Elisabeth" is the mutts nuts for the price range you indicated, but if you want to search and scrape around the Louis Roderer Rose is absolutely mind blowing.
