First of all your mindset has to be right. You really do have to WANT to lose wait MORE than you want to eat. You can only do it for yourself, as well. It can help to be motivated by others as well, in the same position, so weight clubs can be quite helpful in reducing the feeling of isolation.

Weight watchers worked for me. I lost 30 pounds over one year. It worked for me because I could eat the foods I liked, even the fastfoods, in moderation. I didn't go to meetings, but I did buy the package that tells you the points system and the points for foods and fastfood places. You can buy that at weightwatchers.com.

mmmm, many things; first eat healthy food; stay away from saturated fat and try to gain the sugar your body needs from fruits; try to eat something light on dinner; also try to move a lot; or go to the gym; if you have lots of weight you want to loose; you need to work hard and move a lot; jogging is a perfect beginning also aerobic classes; they are more fun and you burn the same as 1and half hour on machines; finally if you drink alcohol try to reduce it as it have lots of calories:)

Start taking multivitamins, and also, add more fiber to your diet! =). Oh! And start doing small things like parking further away from a building so you have a longer walk.

eat what u want but in moderation. dont deprive urself. exercise. do it for fun, not for a goal of being slim. if thats the case ur making it hard for urself.
