I am unmarried of gae 37 please help me to reduce my tummy

Eat larger breakfasts and very little at night. This will speed up your metabolism to burn calories faster. Also drink plenty of water to flush out toxins which may cause your tummy to bloat.

Eat less or more salad and rice. You could take weight loss pills. get an operation. wear a girdle. Whats wrong with exercise? are you injured or just a lazy bum?
