If they're on the backs of your upper arms, it's a form of eczema. I think the only way that you can get rid of it is through diet, and a dermatologist. Check it out, you could also look it up on Web MD, and see what they say...maybe save you a couple of bucks!

It's a blocked something-or-other. What you need to do is soak in a bath to open your pores and clean the area. Exfoliate, which is rubbing in circular motions with a cloth or using a special shower gel with little beads in it or something. Anything will do really. If it has a point or a head it will be an ingrown hair and if it's basically flat it will be a black head. Either way squeezing (after a bath) will eventually get both things out, but it's upto you if you want to go that route. Either way both are harmless and should go away soon. Ingrown hairs take longest.

go to your dermatologist.
I noticed some on the back of my arm, & the Dr. said it's just some ingrown hair folicles. Really common.
Some people have some on their backs.

I would have thought that was the sun doing that, but you remind me of an American and it's going into winter. As is all of the northern hemisphere.
Are you SouthAfrican? Maybe the sun.
