Water that has been boiled and then cooled down or flat cola. I was brought up drinking flat cola when i was sick. Not sure why or how it works but it does.
Do not drink Milk as this will curdle in your stomach and cause you to be more sick.

Drink what your body feels would be good for it at the time.
Let your body cravings guide you.

Generally hot drinks help with flu's, as opposed to cold.

Mild teas provide nourishment especially if you add a teaspoon of "raw" honey. Not honeycomb, raw, unprocessed honey.

Plain Kefir and a teaspoon of honey is good because the kefir aids and speeds digestion and the honey gives natural nourishment which will help you feel better sooner. (Not low-fat or flavored kefir--Plain unprocessed pro biotic Kefir).

Drink sips (not too fast or ....!) of cool water and once you have kept this down some Lucozade or something no-diet to bring your blood sugars up, and then something carbohydrate ie bread or crackers to settle the stomach and get you back to normality. Hope you feel better soon.
