How to lose 10 pounds quickly

You know Christmas is around the corner. Christmas is the season of parties, celebrations, enjoyment and buying new stuff like clothes, gifts and what ever you like. Why not set a goal for yourself to lose 10 pounds in the next few days and it will help you find a better dress for you as you will feel more confident and more comfortable after losing some weight.

Christmas weight lossIt is a great feeling even after losing very small amount of weight as that motivates us to lose more weight. The very first thing you can do is that calories consumed must be less than the calories burnt. Keep the record of each and every thing what ever you eat. Check out the amount of calories in a food before ordering that. So you have to be very careful about the amount of calories you consume.

Try to cook your food by yourself and avoid deep fried food. Limit your calories intake to 1000 to 1200 per day. Remove all sugar and starch from your diet.

So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly


* Drink lot of water

* Eat a healthy breakfast

* Do not eat any thing in between the meals

* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least


So go ahead with this and gives yourself a Christmas gift by losing more pounds and look sexier, healthy and more confident.

Hi Friend,
I know how u must be feeling becoause i too went through it a few years ago.Am still fat but not as bad as i was years ago.

If you live in India and if you can find your way to a place callled Jindal which is actually a few kms out of Bangalore(South India).
You will have to register with them as they are always full up or you can also land up at their place if you are close to Bangalore then its ok.
The only hitch is they are very very strict and follow a very strict regime and all people there are treated equally.So you must be prepared to wake up very early in the morning follow their exercise and diet regime and believe me you will find a change in yourself physically mentally and emotionally.

It is definatley worth a visit but you have to be strong.Once they decide you cant stay there any longer or may be you cant because of your job or other commitments then they will also tell you your daily routine and you will have to folow it.

So think about it ............... and only then go for it.

I wish you alll the best and im sure by Jan 2007 you will be a changed person for the better.

Eat food that contains lots of protiens .Avoid Carbohyrdates intake in ur food,Try out for yoga it works .Drink atleast 8 -10 glasses of water a day

it depends on your habits and conditions. Do you work out or do some sort of work out to try to lose the pounds? sometimes that is the lowest you can go. you didnt tell us how tall you are.....you first need to do some work out. the best i have seen for "slightly" overweight people is jogging in the morning. 2 of my friends lost weight by jogging in the morning. they didnt do anything to their diet. one of them was not overweight so he didnt lose much. the other guy lost 20 pounds. well, if you work out and you dont lose weight then you gotta change your diet. at your weight, I believe you have to eat more. this moves your metabolism so that you can lose weight. if you dont work out, then I suggest you start. thats the best advice i can give you with the limited information that you gave us.

dint do dieting drink lots of water &avoid sweets eat lighter food in dinner

like i tell everyone who thinks they are too fat....

go to www.seventeen.com. click on the link at the top "health" then on "BMI" or body mass index. u entr your weight and height and it will show you u are not overweight. 114 is most likely skinny for your height and age.

at most, i'd say, gain some muscle
