The induction phase can be more than leafy veges but just limiting the amount of carbs to 20g for the day. READ READ READ his book!

Read the book but do avoid the low carb tortilla's. I do Atkins and have been on it for over 2 years and rarely eat them even now. There is so much better choices.

No, they are too high in carbohydrates. Unless you eat around an eighth of the tortilla and never have a single carb for the rest of the day. The induction phase is meant mostly for just leafy vegetables.

No, they are too severe in carbohydrates. till at last you consume around an 8th of the tortilla and not in any admire have a single carb for something else of the day. The induction area is meant in many circumstances for purely leafy vegetables.
