Look guys i dunno what he feels for me,he told me that he cares for me but i feel not co'z he's not talking to me at all, I really dont know i'm so confused....( i need your help)

You said that he said "He loves you but couldn't love you more." Based from that, I think he genuinely cares for you...as a friend, but not particularly enough to bring it to the next level.
