anorexia is the cause,not a symptom.

actually, the symptoms can mimick many diseases.

for weight loss, fatigue, pain and lethargy as mention in your question, it could be due to cancer, chronic viral infection like HCV.

there is a term many use called 'wasting'. this usually happens in cancer patients.

if it is anorexia causing the other symptoms, then the diagnosis would be just that.

the diagnosis is that you should get a second opinion from a real doctor. I'm not a doctor but i did sleep at a holiday inn
