I disagree with the re3st of the elders that are going to tell you that "you know what is bad for you It might not be the best thing for you or it might just opwen your mind to new and creative ideas. however smoking is really damaging to your lungs I suggest you try vaporizing this is done by heating your product to the exact point of releasing the essence of it weather the substance is tobacco,coffee,cannabis or ginseng ther are many vaporizers on the market today the best I've found is the Vapir from sweeden its about 400.00 .
