The whole thing is very tragic. It's way to early to tell what happened. I do know that when Officers have made the desicion to use deadly force, they are trained to fire until the threat is neutralized, no matter if it takes one bullet or several hundred. A vehicle attempting to run down an Officer would be justification for the use of deadly force. Like I have said though, this is too early to tell and no one should make any "Knee Jerk" judgements until all the evidence is in and the investigation is complete.

First, he would expect the police to shoot the driver or even his bodyguards. It's early to tell what occurred. Let's remember something though. The North Hollywood Shootout involved 2 people. Several thousands rounds were fired. One suspect was hit 29 times and continued to fight. The other 11 times. It lasted quite some time. I suggest we not look at "50 shots were fired" and draw an opinion on that. Focus on the events that took place. I may not agree with what happened but the facts are not public yet and I wasn't there to observe first hand.

'Super-bigot' sharpton would find a way to try and blame people with lighter skin for the whole situation. It wouldnt matter if the person driving the car, the person who made the gun and ammo, the person who made his pimp suit were all actual citizens of an African nation, somehow it would be the fault of the so-called 'white' people. If a so-called 'white' person was not within 3000 miles of the incident, according to 'super-bigot' sharpton it would all be the fault of the 'racist' 'white' people.

You have to be realistic, even if the car was heading towards one and he defened himself with a gun what about the ones who weren't being hit by the car and a total of more than 50 shots. come on, one person emptying two magazines that is more than 30 shots. What's not right is not right, feel very sorry for the man, his immediate and extended family.Wish them all the best.

I don't think he'd feel the need to fire 50 shots (empty his gun, reload and fire again) at people who weren't firing back. Tell me, if I'm a cop, an undercover cop who hasn't identified myself as such, and you're coming out of a nightclub late at night, can I whip out my gun and just start firing shots at you. Can I shoot you down in the street like a dog for being white at night? Can I do that...HUH???
