I`d be really surpised if it really worked! The fact is that most people nowadays would not think that long-distance relationships really work.

Personally I think it`s outdated now. Long distance learning works, but not long-distance relationships. There are various reasons for this. The most obvious is you can be never sure trusting the person on the other side of the planet. Boys are more likely to dump girls as it`s concerned with a long-distance relationship. You never get the chance to see him everyday. Even after a period of time, you`ll meet somebody who`s different, nearer to you and somebody you feel you can really trust, and why not, control. This is what most girls nowayads are like in the western world.

I don`t know for definite, but am pretty sure it won`t work nowadays! Maybe it would work, back in the 70`s, but now people are less trusty!!!!

My husband and I did the long distance thing for a year and half. He was in New Jersey and I was in Oklahoma. He eventually moved down here to be with me and we have been married for two and a half years now. It worked for us, but the best you can do is just try. My husband and I made it a point to call each other everyday, before bed. Sometimes we would meet online to talk, through AIM or MSN. Since we couldn't show each other how much we cared, like through hugs and kisses and holding hands, we sent each other gifts for birthdays and holidays and wrote little letters to go along with them. That kept our relationship alive, it was hard and you have to work at it. In the end it's worth it. Good luck.

Don't forget the calling cards. 600 mins at Sam's Club is like 20 bucks.

OK...it all depends on how long you 2 have been together, and the question is do you really want to be with him... do you want to be wondering if he is lieing, and do you really love him? i would like to talk to you about this so i can get immediate answers, so i might be able to help you... i live in Missouri, and i just moved here from Seattle... i would like to talk to you on messenger... you know what to do...

I think it's possible, but I haven't had any luck in that department. My last long distance relationship, he and I were only an hour apart and it didn't work, lol!

True love knows no boundries. I have a friend who met a woman in Venzuala. After a year and half, they married and just had a beautiful baby boy.

If you love each other it will work out.
You find a way!
Yes it can be tough...
But, it can work.

It's a good tester for a long lasting relationship.
If you can survive two years...of s** at the weekends only!

My one true love is not only far away from me, but much too young for me as well. I do love him still, I think I always will; and I think he loves me too, but we are staying friends because cutting it off completely is just sad. Oh, these affairs of the heart....

girl, if you think about it. you and i both know theres no way on earth these things eventually work out. my boyfriend dumped me before leaving for college for both our sakes. he knows hes gonna be interacting with hella girls while hes gone and vise versa for myself. even if you think that you guys will catch up on old times during the holidays and during breaks. theres basically no point in really trying
