Medical science has not yet understood the cause of migraine, rheumatism, hypertension, diabetes, spondylosis, stammering, tinnitus, deafness and even commoncold. Therefore they couldn't find medicine for them. Somehow they have succeeded in disease management.
Alternate Systems of Medicine answer at least 90% of them. I have treated 20 years' migrain cases. Acupuncture is the only treatment. In some villages people treat it with some herbal drops, but not sure.
Migrain appears due to blockage of flow of energy through nerves, sometimes due to blockage of blood flow and and sometimes due to sinusitis. Unless you remove the causes you can't treat it and unless you understand the cause you can't remove it!
