Okay i need a good work out for my abdomen like for abs and just to flatten mt stomach. BUT i need one for at home. ( the closest gym near me is 45 miles away). Besides the obvious crunch or sit up. Thank you...

8 minute abs...i've been doing it for 5 years, everyday...you won't notice results at first, but after a few months you will. Also eat a balanced diet, you don't have to eat too healthy, just balanced, some good, some bad, some really good, stay away from cheese fries with ranch though. Also, drink lots of water everyday, it will raise your metabolism. Cut down on your salt intake. Sodium chloride deposits exist in your lower abs when you eat too much salt.

also, go for walks or jogs, the full body movement helped define your midsection.

but for me, it all started with 8 minute abs...try downloading it on linewire or something.
