Most ignorant people neglect, since they don't know much and don't make an attempt to learn. But extremists, true to their name, go to the extremes-- they overdo everything!

Ignorant people are uneducated so I believe you are describing a perfectionist. A perfectionist is a two faces of the same coin. In one instance they will overdo something to the point that even the most unnecessary detail has to meet their exacting view. But they will completely ignore a project if they feel they can't achieve their own standard. (Sometimes I think this is because they are afraid of their own relentless drive.)

nicely, we start up out unaware of each thing. human beings would desire to be knowledgeable. some human beings discover teachers undemanding and intuitive. Others would desire to have data drilled into them. interior the social international, of being respectful and polite, some human beings learn this unconsciously, others would desire to income bluntly, because of the fact they simply don't have a clue.
