Yes, that happens often and does not have to be bad. Our faces reveal a lot about us. When you go to a Dr. he may only glance at you but in that glance he has seen a lot and not only mental things but signs of an illness such as paleness under the eyes for anaemia. And quite often a question is disguised as a statement.

Depends how well you conceive them.
Many people are good at,even trained at,hiding their facial
expressions.Looks on the faces tell a thousand tales,so be careful
of how you show them.
