Not Entirely Identical Twins
A man is sitting with two women, seemingly identical twins. One of the women always tells the truth, the other always lies, but the man does not know which one is which. The women have served him a pair of drinks, one of which contains a tasteless, odorless, but deadly poison, the other the cure for a fatal disease he has contracted. Before choosing which glass to drink, the man may ask one question of one of the women. Can you formulate a question that would guarantee the safety of the drink chosen?

Take a glass from one woman and ask "Would your sister say this drink is poisoned?". If she says yes then the drink isnt poisoned and that sister is the one that tells the truth. If she says no then the drink is poisoned and that is the lying sister.

I would have to ask some sort of rhetorical question about the drink they were holding. This way you could identefy who was telling the truth and who was lying. I guess the question would also have to also say something about the drink they were holding being poison or cure. Wow though this is a good riddle and I have no 100% safe answer.

He would ask any lady "Is this the drink you gave to me?"
And then if she said no she would be lying because she did give it to him therefore she would be the lying one and she would have given him the poisoned drink.
But if she said yes then she wouldn't be the lying one and she would have given him the normal drink.

He should ask either lady (while pointing to the other) "Did she put a poison in my drink?"

"Which drink is the poison?"

The one that always tells the truth would point to hers (or the other's, depening on which on she served), and the one that always lies would point to the others (or hers).
