We all love you too sister !!! and we love Ali ibn talib as well , he was first child to accept islam, he was our 4rth caliph, beloved to Muhammad(puh) husband of fatima But he was not a prophet thats for sure.Muhammad(pbuh) was the last prophet and there will be no prophet after him.this is the believe which makes us a muslim.Btw i like to be called muslim instead of shia or sunnite or else, This grouping sounds dangerous.

Be happy !!

Do you think Ali ibn Abi Talib was a prophet? NO.
Ali ibn Abi Talib was the cousin and later became the son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammed (pbuh). Ali was younger than the Prophet Muhammed (pbuh).
The Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) was the LAST and FINAL Prophet and Messenger of Allah.

NOOOOO, he was raised by his cousin, Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) since he was a child. When the Prophet rcvd the first msg of Islam, Ali was 12, he was the youngest to embrace Islam. They were so close. Ali married Mohammed's daughter, Fatima. She was the only daughter to have kids, hence Ali's sons are the only grandsons of the Prophet. Ali was known for his bravery when charging at enemies in battles. It never meant that he was a Prophet. Sunni people love him too. Some Shia' love him only but not the other 3 caliphs, it does not mean all Shia' do so or they regard him as a Prophet.

Definitely not a prophet but a noble person of the early muslims, the first child to embrace Islam, the prophet's cousin and the fourth Caliph.

Peace

everyone seems to be worshipping Prophet's son-in-regulation(for the Shiia cults), it particularly is why Allah, didnt make our liked Prophet's sons outlived him, becos loopy human beings will then worship his sons much extra, probably they'll prostrate to them. Allah is All understanding. EDIT to the asker: Are you denying the undeniable fact that it grew to become into Allah who make human beings stay and die as His desire? I in basic terms have an advice for you in basic terms quit hating and judging human beings, we on no account understand who will finally end up in heaven or hell, despite if its Saddam or everyone, it extremely is you are the only that is telling the concepts of God. we could desire to watch for the Day of Judgement for Allah to decide that not you! Allah continually say in the Quran, he's Oft Forgiving and maximum Merciful.

i wouldn't go so far as to call him a prophet. He was a Sahaba Ikram and probably a waliullah (friend of God) and Awliya (Saint).
