when it feels like its the only word to describe how you feel, and when its on the tip of your tongue,and you cant not say it anymore....

The moment you feel it that you are in love that is the correct time to say I love you. Think that if you are not alive the next moment then you will never be able to say it. So that is the correct time to say I love you for the first time. And then every time you meet you should say I love you to make her feel that she is important for you.

My first instinct is to tell you the very second that you feel it is the perfect time; however I am a woman, and I know that men love to do the pursuing. They love a challenge, and let's face it we love to play a little hard to get. When the man does the pursuing, it makes us feel femanine, appreciated and secure. If you are a guy, you can say it the very second that you feel it. If you are a girl, wait until he says it first, then you can give him that incredible smile that made him fall in love with you, and tell him, "I love you too".

when you really really feel like that if the person you love is not there with you at that moment, you will probably die... then you say "i love you".
but then again, 'i love you' is too common nowadays... its used too much and sometimes it loses its meaning.
say it when you feel like it. always understand what love is to you and the other party. what love is to you might be totally different to them. should get a basic definition across first.

when it's time you will know! I told my partner that I loved him before he even told me , yeah i felt kind of stupid and I also thought that he might not feel the same way i am feeling. It was not true he did love me it just was not the right moment for him to say it to me. So what i am trying to say is if you feel like it's time for you to say and you feel it then go for it. ! to say i love u only when u mean it.. u mean it doesnt mean that u love him/her at this point of time only. U hv to preapre and committe to it. Say i love u only when u know u will love him/her not only now, but forever. Thats make a different.

when you feel its time for you just say it ..but dont say it all the time cause its just going to be just words.. just say it when you feel it inside..

I would say 'I love you' once I'm pretty sure that the other person feels strongly about me too.
Maybe its just because I'm scared of rejection..I dunno. But thats what feels right to me
