hey all, I've been dating colombian guy, Carlos.
I would love to call him in some cute way but I have no idea how could I?How his name could be shortened or changed to sound more informal?
Or if you have some ideas about some spanish origin cute words I would appreciate your advices.

Just call him Carlos or you can also call him Carlitos, which is a diminutive
