GREAT GREAT way to get your vegetables, but one of the big things is WATCH the salt intake on the bottle. There is a lot of sodium in that V8. Just drink water too, during the day and THAT, my friend, will keep your salt in check.

Thanks!
See ya!

V8 is a good supplemental veggie drink and has half the carbs of orange juice. I think the cans are one serving cans. The one downside is the salt at 37%/880mg it is a little high.

Try drinking the low sodium V8 to reduce your salt and increase your potassium.

I prefer the low sodium in the big glass jars, seems to be a better value and stay fresh longer than the big cans.

I believe there is 2 serving of veg in a full 6 or 8 oz glass of v8. The can should tell you..and yes it is very good for you.and low in calories. Keep it up.

Yeah I read recently It's got plenty of additives... Check sodium content on the can at the very least. Why not just eat fruits and veggies? Katterine

I just go w/ multi vitamins plus A&E antoxidants and calcium tabs...I drink large amts of grapefruit juice so I get megga C...Beta Carotene is my A substitute so I get all veggy supplements and don't have to worry as much about leafy greens....sometimes I take a mega multi...I have em in my work locker...mega B vits there heh...lots of energy ...but nothing helps in that department like a good nights sleep...I guess I'm a health nut in a sense heh..

I'm not sure just how great it is for you, but it seems like a great way to get nutrients without having to eat veggies.

if you're drinking it specifically for the health benefits, you'd be much better off w/ a multivitamin or steamed veggies.
