I get headaches at the back of my skull. They up the side of my head to my sinuses and eyes. I am going to acupuncture for it. Other than that I use Head On. I take magnesium. I take prescription medicines too. I use a hot pack on my neck or if it is hot outside, I use cold. Sometimes coffee makes it better, sometimes tea.
