Well, I believe in rebirth - which, as you I guess you know, is a Buddhist word and means something a bit different from the more commonly used reincarnation - but my beliefs don't constitute proof for anyone else. Neither do my memories.
All I can say is that Karma and rebirth, for me, make sense of what would otherwise be a terribly unfair world.
I don't think you can actually PROVE anything in the spiritual spectrum.

if you mean the rebieth at the end of time , i believe its true .. i think a god who created all this wouldn't have difficulty at bringing us back from the dead , its a matter of faith ..
and if you need an example lets take a look at a seed of a plant .. it is dead , untill you put it in some soil and drop water on it , it revives , i think thats a good example of rebirth,,

The proof for me that rebirth istrue lies in God's Word. If you believe in God and believe in His Word then you ust believe th principl of rebirth. The Bible says that once we are saved we become new creatures...

yes its true Jesus sead we need it.
but you only find it by giving your life willingly to him. I accepted Jesus as a 4 year old but obviusly did not know what that ment it was only at 40 I was reborn and I knew Jesus was with me although I believed in him as saviour before now I know he is living in me. it is a personal thing other than seeing how people change when they know him there is no prove

My answer is yes, because when you confess your sins to God, He will forgive you and you just need to trust in Him. He will deliver you from your sins and make you new. The proff is when drug addicts or alcholics, whatever become Christians, and they turn away from the stuff and pray that the Lord will help them resist, then they overcome it.

.if there is a god do you really think he would subject you to life on hell twice unless you have been really bad ... could be like ground hog day over and over again ..thankfully we will never know ..would hate to think I have been sent back because of my sins to try again omg hope not

yes it true, but not all things in this world are proven scientifically and we still have to believe it such as hell and heaven. try to admit that our mind have certain limits.
